PassPass services

The Pass Pass Central tool is the key to mobility in the Hauts-de-France region.

The Hauts-de-France Mobilités Central tool is a shared system that ensures effective and practical mobility throughout the Hauts-de-France region. It is based on an extensive range of services and functions to support passengers at every stage of their journey (gathering information, use of transport services, after-sales services), and to enable transport authorities and operators to monitor usage and adapt their transport services accordingly.

The Hauts-de-France Mobilités call for tenders committee has selected Conduent to create and operate the Pass Pass Central system.

"A unifying system to provide support for sustainable mobility in the Hauts-de-France region."

A single Pass Pass ticketing medium

Collaboration between Hauts-de-France Mobilités members has resulted in the consolidation of numerous projects, including the implementation, as of 2011, of a single Pass Pass ticketing medium that enables users to move from one transport network to another and benefit from all associated transport services using the same travel pass. It accommodates or gives access to single, intermodal and integrated fares, as well as single and multiservice prices. To date, approximately 800,000 Pass Pass cards are in use within the region.

At present, 9 networks are covered by Pass Pass:

Public transport
Nord and Pas-de-Calais TER regional express trains (Hauts-de-France region)
Arc-en-Ciel (Hauts-de-France region)
Imag’in (SITAC - Calais)
Transpole (MEL - Lille)
DK’Bus (CUD - Dunkirk)
TUC (CAC - Cambrai)
Marinéo (CAB - Boulogne)
Transvilles (SIMOUV)
Tadao (SMTAG)

Other transport services
Bicycle parks at TER stations
Self-service bicycles: V’Lille, Vel’in, DK’Bus

Financial support

In addition to the financial participation of Hauts-de-France Mobilités members, the French government and European Union are also helping to fund the Pass Pass Central system:

  • The French government is participating through a public transport and sustainable mobility call for projects, led by the Ministry for Ecology, Sustainable Development and Energy;
  • The EU is taking part through the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).
