General conditions of use of the passpass.fr website
ARTICLE 1: Purpose
The purpose of these general conditions of use is to set out the legal conditions under which the services of the passpass.fr website are provided and may be used by the “User” or “Users”.
The general conditions of use must be accepted by all Users wishing to access the website. These conditions constitute a contract between the website and the User. By accessing the website, Users indicate their acceptance of these general conditions of use.

This clause defines the various essential terms used in this contract:
• User: Any person who uses the website or any of the services that it offers.

• Username and password: Information required to identify a User on the website. The username and password enable Users to access services reserved for website Members. The password is confidential.

However, the said website should be displayed in a new browser window. This contract is subject to an unlimited duration. The contract takes effect with respect to Users from the moment that they make use of the service.
ARTICLE 10: Applicable law and jurisdiction
This contract is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute that cannot be settled amicably by the Parties, the courts under the Court of Appeal of Douai have sole jurisdiction.
